The 2005 Pepperjack Shiraz is rich red in colour with soft purple hues. The nose shows aromas of blackberries and plums, supported by characteristic pepper and spice. The palate is rich, round and soft with concentrated berry fruit and hints of anise. 15 months barrel maturation in seasoned and new American and French oak has enhanced the complexity, velvety tannins and length of flavour.

The 2005 Pepperjack Cabernet Sauvignon is plum red in colour. This wine shows complex aromas of blackcurrant, spice and a touch of mint. The soft,
full palate is well balanced with a firm and complex structure.

The 2005 Pepperjack Shiraz Viognier is a lifted, fragrant wine,showing intense spice, dark berry characters and notes of ginger and lychee. The palate is medium-bodied with a rich, silky texture, fine balanced tannins and length of flavour.

The Pepperjack Shiraz Grenache Mourvédre 2005 is bright berry red in colour. The nose shows aromas of ripe, savoury plum and red berry leading to a palate of spicy sweet fruit balanced by subtle cedar oak flavours. This is a medium-bodied wine that is both opulent and elegant with an impressive finish.
