Wine-based cocktails are trending globally right now, so we decided mix it up at our restaurant this summer and add a couple of refreshing new numbers to our drinks list.
We’ll be shaking up a bright and breezy Aperol Spritz made with prosecco, and also a richer twist on the classic Espresso Martini through the addition of Saltram Mr Pickwick's Particular Tawny. We can’t wait to show them to you and hear what you think.
We’re open throughout the Christmas period, so now is the time to get planning a beautiful day out in the Barossa with friends and family over the summer break.
