Set Menu

Head Chef Scott Liddell has introduced a range of set menus, offering great value for groups of 2 to 80 pax in our restaurant. Sittings are at the following times, and bookings are essential.

  • Monday to Friday: 11:45am – 3PM 
  • Weekends: 11:45am – 1.30pm // 2PM – 4:00PM 

A La Carte Menu

Just like our vines, our menu changes with the seasons to make the most of the incredible Barossa produce.

Salters Kitchen is open 5 days a week, Thursday - Monday, including weekends (Closed Tuesdays, Wednesday and Christmas Day).

  • Weekdays: 11:45pm - 3.00pm
  • Weekends: 11:45pm - 4.00pm
  • Public Holidays: 12:00pm - 3:00pm

Public Holiday surcharge of 15% will apply.

Salters Kitchen is available for private functions, corporate events and catering: from breakfasts to large scale dinners, we can create custom menus for any requirement.

Meet our Head Chef, Scott Liddell

Hailing from Tasmania, Scott Liddell was appointed Head Chef at Saltram Wine Estates’ restaurant, Salter’s Kitchen, in 2012.

Having honed his skills at the renowned Penfolds Magill Estate restaurant for four years, working alongside some of Adelaide’s top chefs including MasterChef judge, Jock Zonfrillo, the introduction of Scott to Saltram’s restaurant instantly elevated the dining experience to the next level.
